For 130 years, our family has had the privilege of stewarding this land. The majority of the seventh generation is growing up on the ranch. Keeping future generations in mind, Martin Beef strives to produce the highest quality beef while taking care of the land that is so much a part of our heritage. All of Martin Beef is bred, born, raised, and finished in Jackson and Victoria Counties without ever seeing a feed yard. All of our calves are finished on grass with a ration of corn, cottonseed, distillers grains, and beet pulp for the most flavorful beef that is natural, free of growth hormone and unnecessary antibiotics.
65% of the beef we have processed this year has graded USDA Prime, with the remainder being USDA Top Choice/Choice. We will only sell our top Akaushi/Angus beef through our private label. We sincerely hope to join you in bringing superior beef from our ranch to your table.

We have complimentary delivery on whole and half orders to any location in Victoria, Jackson, and Calhoun counties as well as Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Austin, and Houston, Texas.
Shipping is only available to Texas on our beef boxes at this time.
Martin Beef Akaushi/Angus custom cut whole and half orders will be ready the following month, but place your order/pay your deposit today to be sure yours will be reserved and so you can get it cut to your specifications.

Giving Back to the Community
When you buy Martin Beef, you are helping us give back to our communities. For every 10 whole cows that are purchased, we will donate one whole cow to “Feed the Need” in Victoria benefitting Christ’s Kitchen, The Salvation Army, Perpetual Help Home, and others. We kicked off this campaign by donating a cow before we sold a single one.
