For over 130 Years
For 130 years, our family has had the privilege of stewarding this land. The majority of the seventh generation is growing up on the ranch. Keeping future generations in mind, Martin Beef strives to produce the highest quality beef while taking care of the land that is so much a part of our heritage. All of Martin Beef is bred, born, raised, and finished in Jackson and Victoria Counties without ever seeing a feed yard. All of our calves are DNA certified Akaushi. Our beef is natural, free of growth hormone and unnecessary antibiotics.
65% of the beef we have processed this year has graded USDA Prime, with the remainder being USDA Top Choice/Choice. We will only sell our top Akaushi/Angus beef through our private label. We sincerely hope to join you in bringing superior beef from our ranch to your table.
After trying a sirloin steak from Martin Beef, I can’t wait to try a ribeye! The sirloin was honestly one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten, any cut. The marbling, tenderness, and flavor of their beef is incredible!
I grew up on a cattle ranch eating beef and married a cowboy who cooks it as often as he can...hands down Martin beef is the best quality of beef I have ever had!
As repeat customers, this is the best beef we have ever had! You can't find the quality and flavor of Martin Beef anywhere else. The T-bone is so tender that you can cut it with a butter knife! We highly recommend Martin Beef, and we will definately order again!
Martin Beef is definitely top tier. The marbling stands out to create a tender and flavorful delicacy. When you can tear a steak by hand you know you're about to experience something few get to outside of a high end steak house. You won't forget this beef anytime soon.
Better than any steak I’ve ever eaten, and I am a 4th generation rancher.....
Giving Back to the Community
When you buy Martin Beef, you are helping us give back to our communities. For every 10 whole cows that are purchased, we will donate one whole cow to “Feed the Need” in Victoria benefitting Christ’s Kitchen, The Salvation Army, Perpetual Help Home, and others. We kicked off this campaign by donating a cow before we sold a single one.
